Water Damage Restoration in North Las Vegas, All the Way Around

From the first call to the last coat of paint, in five stages you can see. Dried to a number, documented for your insurer, rebuilt only when it reads dry.

The 360 walkthrough

Five stages, one circle, no skipped steps

  1. Call or text

Call or text (702) 602-6461. Tell us where the water came from, whether it is stopped and which rooms got wet. Photos by text help us bring the right gear the first time.

If the water is still running, shut off the main valve first. If it is near outlets or appliances, stay out of it.

    Burst and Leaking Pipes

  2. Inspect and map

Before anything is moved, we photograph every wet room and map the moisture with a meter. A reading from a room the water never reached becomes your dry standard, the number every wet area has to match before we call it done.

We name the water category and the class of the loss and tell you why.

    Ceiling and Roof Leaks

  3. Extract and remove

Standing water comes out first, because pulling liquid beats any fan. Wet pad, swollen base and anything soaked in Category 3 water come out next, each one listed with the reason it could not be saved.

    Emergency Water Extraction

  4. Dry to a number

Air movers go about one per 10 to 16 feet of wet wall, and dehumidifiers are sized to the room. Every visit we read the same spots. Drying ends when the readings match the dry standard, not when the calendar says so.

    Structural Drying and Dehumidification

  5. Rebuild and close

Only a dry house gets closed up. Drywall, base, paint and flooring go back on a separate estimate, so you can see what the dry out cost and what the rebuild costs. If mold grew, it is contained, removed and dried at the source first.

What neighbors said

Fast to show up. Careful in the house. Thorough to the end.

That is the short version of what North Las Vegas neighbors said about the Restoration Pros 360 crew. It is also the standard every job on this site is held to.

Where we started

Restoration Pros 360 began in the 89085 corner of North Las Vegas as a crew that specialized in water mitigation, with drywall repair and handyman work alongside it. The name still says what we do. Three hundred sixty degrees, all the way around the job.

Local numbers

Why water behaves differently in this valley

85Days a year at 100 degrees or more, North Las Vegas NOAA station
18Nights a year at or below freezing, same station
16Grains per gallon, the hardness LVVWD gives for softener settings
113Flood detention basins in the Clark County system in 2026

Heat speeds up how quickly clean water turns dirty. Freeze nights catch exposed lines. Hard water wears out heaters and valves. And when the monsoon comes, July through September, water arrives faster than slab homes can shed it. Read the monsoon guide.
